Fort William

Scotland definitely has some of the best scenery we have seen. The landscape is rugged and vast, and when the sun is shining the landscape looks awesome. Today we drove around Fort William and stopped in at one of the villages that makes up Fort William, Banavie. Here is where Neptune's staircase unfolds. Neptune's staircase is the longest staircase lock in the United Kingdom and lifts boats 64 feet.

We took a lot of pictures of the landscape as our morning turned out to be a stunner, so here are a few pictures of the scenery and the Caledonian Canal, where Neptune's staircase is.
