On T.V over in England there is a cooking show called River Cottage hosted by a guy named Hugh. A bit from them website states:
"River Cottage has given millions of TV viewers a taste for great cooking since 1998, when Hugh first brought his famous food ethos to Channel 4. Our hard-hitting campaigns have changed the eating habits of a nation and improved the welfare and sustainability of animals and fish."
I read that they had a deli and kitchen in Axminster which we would be passing through so we decided to pop in for a visit. I had a latte, Paul had a hot chocolate and we shared a piece of carrot cake (watching the waistline and the budget) We saw they had produce and other things for sale so we bought a beer branded Town Mill Brewery that looked different. We thought we would treat ourselves, after all we shared the carrot cake!

ReplyDeleteYea I quite liked the program here too, I forgot we had it back home as well.
DeleteYour Mum has stole my thunder I was going to comment on the program. He is quite a character. I love how all his animals run free, and everything he cooks "just tastes lovely" according to Hugh
