The new bed

We pulled out our couch that use to pull out and needed to be made each night. Now we have a permanant double bed.

We used:

50 by 25 wood for the runners ( 50mm standing up )
150 by 25 wood for the end caps
25 by 16 wood for the slates on top
The big draw was from the old couch

The cost was around £80 but well worth it!




And it begins!

    Yea Paul has done a great job on the van, we are always thinking of ways to improve it. At the moment we are thinking about cup holders near the bed for our evening cuppas ( or beer when it gets hotter) :)
