St Malo

After spending a few days in bed feeling under the weather, we managed to get out and about to see St Malo on a lovely sunny afternoon. It was nice to get some fresh air and get out on the bikes again, even if it was a little windy. Biking into the centre, we parked up and headed for the square where we could hear music playing. Folk were dancing around by the musicians and a lovely lively atmosphere was in the air.

We then walked along the ramparts and were spoilt with lovely views out over the ocean. St Malo was a lovely town to be in and we had a nice afternoon being out in the sunshine and hearing the music drift throughout the town.

Below are a few snaps from our walk.

Not sure if you can see, but there are two people over on the first island you can see and it appears they were stuck as the tide had come in on them. Little did they know, quite a number of people were staring at them wondering what they were going to do.
