Spey bay

Today we visited the dolphin centre at Spey Bay and thankfully the sun was shining for us. We popped in to see what the centre had to offer and noticed that they had had a dolphin sighting at 9am this morning so we were excited at the prospect of seeing some dolphins. We headed out to the beach with the binoculars to see if we could spot a dolphin, however they were being camera shy for us so unfortunately no dolphins were caught on camera!

We then went for a lovely walk around the bay and following up towards River Spey where otters and seals are known to hang out. We were also testing out our camera skills along the way. We were again disappointed as we didn't get to see an otter or a seal :(

Heading inside as it was getting late in the afternoon, and we were feeling rather peckish, we sat down in the centre's café. Looking at the menu, I couldn't resist the hot chocolate served with chocolate buttons, a chocolate finger and marshmallows, so two hot chocs were ordered a.s.a.p. It was such a nice day which definitely put a smile on our faces!
