Holyhead

We thought we would relax today (because it is such a hard life!) so after arriving in Holyhead and having some lunch, we spent a bit of time looking out the window at the harbour and thinking about all sorts of things. Upon getting our thoughts together, we hopped out and about to see what the wee town of Holyhead was about. We walked for about an hour around the port and soon realised there wasn’t a whole lot to do. We had to get up at about 12.30am to make our way to the ferry, so early to bed it was.

We left for Dublin at 2.30am and as you could imagine we were pretty tired. We were really impressed with the ferry and the facilities where we could charge our tablet and go on the internet for free. The crossing over to Dublin went smoothly and went relatively fast as we had a short nap.
