Harbour
Location: 11.2 kilometres southeast of Dublin
Parking: Pay/Display, 2 euro hour and max 8 euro (9am until 8pm)
Notes: Take a stroll along east pier and get ice cream from Teddy’s.

James Joyce museum
Location: Sandycove Harbour
Parking: Pay/Display same as above
Price/hours: Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-5pm (Closed 1pm-2pm)
Sunday: 2pm-6pm Closed on Mondays. 6 Euros
Notes: Famous Irish writers James Joyce and Samuel Beckett are also associated with the area. Beckett was born in nearby Foxrock and Joyce set the opening chapter of Ulysses in Sandycove's Martello Tower - now the small James Joyce Museum dedicated to his life and works
